Kelley Stuck appointed associate vice president of total compensation for 佪圖app System
Kelley Stuck has been hired as the associate vice president of total compensation for the 佪圖app where she will be responsible for developing a total comprehensive rewards strategy for the university's 37,000 employees statewide. She will begin her duties Nov. 1.
"The university's faculty and staff on all four campuses are among our greatest assets," said 佪圖app System Vice President for Human Resources Betsy Rodriguez. "Kelley's experience in human resources and communications will be invaluable as she guides the university toward a compensation philosophy that incorporates university strategy and values, employee perspectives and national trends."
Stuck will partner with other human resource professionals on the university's campuses to develop policies and programs regarding compensation at all levels of the organization, as well as benefit policies, including retirement, medical and dental insurance, life insurance, and short and long-term disability benefits.
Before joining the 佪圖app, Stuck was a vice president for Aon Consulting where she assisted employers with their overall employee benefits strategy, including benefit design, funding, administration, wellness, communication, data analytics and compliance. She also worked for Heartland Health as a process leader in health and productivity management, an innovative business strategy that integrates sales, service and support of products to employers. Stuck also held several positions in the communications department at Heartland Health, including manager of communications/advertising and director of marketing.
Stuck received her master's degree in administration from the University of Central Michigan and her bachelor's degree in mass communication from Truman State University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, a facilitator for Development Dimensions International and has her life and health insurance license in several states.
