, an associate professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering at Missouri S&T, is studying microdroplets of fuel the size of a human hair follicle with a grant from the Air Force Office of Scientific Research.

As part of Ë¿¹ÏappKC’s partnership with the Kansas City Royals, helped middle schoolers from WeCode KC and KC STEM Alliance build a robot to throw the first pitch as a game.
Accolades
Ë¿¹ÏappSL
earned a PhD in biology with an emphasis in ecology, evolution and systematics from Ë¿¹ÏappSL in 2003 and had support from the Whitney R. Harris World Ecology while pursuing her degree.
